Youth Speaks Inc

The Youth Speaks redesign was for a more national, all-purpose logo. We knew this logo could be seen anywhere from letterhead to television show credits, so we wanted to make sure it was quickly identifiable, and communicated the energy of the organization. We had a fair amount of text to include in the full version, so we utilized the perimeter of the emblem to keep the dimensions relatively symmetrical. This allows the logo to be used in full color and text for larger prints like posters and banners, while also having the option to strip away the additional text and color and still be recognizable in small dimensions for flier credits and letterheads.

Hungry Drummer

The Pilot launch of musician networking site Hungry Drummer demanded a simple but compelling stamp to establish their brand. Because of the nature of the site, we decided to pursue a b&w color scheme, modeled after the uniformity of “roadies” who often dress in all black. Because the site was intended to be a virtual back-end for the music business, what better than to model it off of the back-end of the concerts themselves! After the design of the logo was completed, we continued with designing their web layout to compliment this aesthetic. It is viewable in our WEBSITE section.
